Description

The American University of Kurdistan (AUK) operates a Samsung HVAC system in the Mustafa
Barzani Building (MBB), which plays a critical role in maintaining a comfortable and efficient
indoor environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. To ensure the continued reliability,
performance, and proper maintenance of this system, AUK is seeking qualified vendors to
supply genuine Samsung HVAC spare parts.
The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the required spare parts for preventive
maintenance, corrective repairs, and the replacement of worn or damaged components.
Vendors are expected to provide authentic Samsung spare parts that meet the manufacturer's
specifications and are fully compatible with the Samsung HVAC system installed in the Mustafa Barzani Building.
